Email is the most important channel most businesses have — and the worst served by infrastructure. The major email platforms are US-incorporated, operate under US legal compulsion frameworks, and have built increasingly complex products to extract enterprise pricing from teams whose actual need is simpler: send the right email to the right person, deliver to the inbox, respect the unsubscribe, hand over a clean DPA.
We built NexusProMail because the EU buyer side of that conversation deserved a real option. A Finnish company under EU law, building email infrastructure that takes GDPR seriously from day one rather than bolting it on as an Article 28 addendum. A pre-signed DPA that takes minutes to receive instead of weeks to negotiate. Pricing that scales linearly with the contact list rather than ratcheting up at each enterprise-sales conversation.
The platform serves EU SaaS founders, agencies running campaigns for client portfolios, e-commerce merchants under GDPR scrutiny, and developers who want the modern REST API experience without the third-country-transfer question. Same primitives as the US incumbents — REST API, webhooks, templates, suppression — operated by an EU company under Finnish law.
