Frequently asked questions
Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
What happens if I go over my contact limit?
We will notify you when you reach 90% of your plan limit. You won't be blocked from sending, but imports will be paused until you upgrade or remove contacts. You can also buy a higher contact tier on the same plan.
Do unused sends roll over to the next month?
No. Send limits reset every billing cycle. Unused sends do not carry over, but with our contact-based pricing your sends are always a generous multiple of your contact count.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
All paid plans start with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. You'll have full access to all features in that plan tier. After 14 days you can subscribe or stay on the Free plan.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Enterprise customers can also pay by bank transfer (invoice). Stripe handles all payment security — we never store your card details.
How does the annual discount work?
Choosing annual billing gives you 17% off versus monthly. You're billed once for the full year upfront. If you need to cancel, we offer a pro-rated refund for unused months.
Is my data stored in Europe?
NexusProMail is operated by Infotech Pioneers Oy, a Finnish company. Our infrastructure is currently hosted in AWS us-east-1 and we are migrating to eu-west-1 (Ireland) in Q3 2026. All processing is GDPR-compliant.
What is the Dealer plan?
The Dealer plan is for agencies and resellers who want to manage multiple client accounts under their own branding. You set your own pricing to clients, manage billing and earn commission. Contact us to apply.
