These terms govern your use of NexusProMail, operated by Infotech Pioneers Oy ("we", "us", "our").

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Account Responsibilities

• You're responsible for all activity under your account
• Keep your password secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Provide accurate account information and keep it updated

Acceptable Use

You may not use NexusProMail to:

• Send spam or unsolicited emails
• Send illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Attempt to breach the security of the service
• Resell the service without authorization (dealers must be explicitly approved)

Email Sending Responsibilities

• You must comply with all applicable email marketing laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL, etc.)
• You must have consent from all recipients
• You must honor unsubscribe requests promptly
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that damage our sender reputation

Payment Terms

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe
• All prices are in EUR (€)
• Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis — contact support@nexuspromail.com
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing customers

Termination

• You may close your account at any time
• We may terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy retention schedule

Limitation of Liability

NexusProMail is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email to registered users at least 30 days in advance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Helsinki, Finland.
